Getting help with a product
When you write about a bug or a problem, please include:
- Which product you're using (Sound Meter, Amber Tasbih, Candela, HeaderHermit, Taqaud or the Car Loan Deduction Checker)
- Your phone model and Android version, or your browser for the extension and the web tools
- The app or extension version, if you can find it
This makes the problem much faster to reproduce.
