Who runs this site
Ardesse is the trade name of Uzair Ali Murtaza, an independent developer in Pakistan. Uzair Ali Murtaza, trading as Ardesse, is the controller of any personal data described below. Contact: privacy@ardesse.com.
No accounts, no forms, no cookies
This website does not ask you to create an account. It has no sign-up forms, no comment sections, and no login. It does not set cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare keeps standard server and security logs for operating and protecting the service, such as IP address, request time, and the page requested. Ardesse does not run its own server logging on top of this.
Visit statistics
The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It is not turned on yet. If enabled, it would be cookieless: no cookie or local storage on your device, no profile of you, and no tracking you across other websites. It would report aggregate numbers only, such as total page views per day.
Every address at ardesse.com, including privacy@ardesse.com, is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the owner's personal mailbox. Replies are sent through Resend, an email delivery service.
Emails are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of the conversation. You can ask for your emails to be deleted at any time by writing to privacy@ardesse.com.
What Ardesse does not do
Ardesse does not sell your personal data. Ardesse does not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and Ardesse does not knowingly collect personal data from children through this site.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK
Under the GDPR, you have several rights over your personal data. You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also object to how it is used, or ask for a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ardesse.com.
If you are in California
Under the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal data has been collected about you and to request its deletion. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Ardesse does not sell or share personal data, so there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.
